These Terms of Service govern your access to Carrier Pidge, including your roost, friends, messages, creator submissions, and carrier pigeon flights. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old, or meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- Use Carrier Pidge only where the service is lawful and available to you.
- You must not have been previously removed from Carrier Pidge for violating these terms or harming another user.
Account and security
- Protect your sign-in account and take responsibility for activity carried out through it.
- Do not use a username, display name, or roost to impersonate someone or expose private information.
- Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized access, an unexpected message, or a compromised account.
- We may limit or suspend accounts that compromise safety, spam others, or violate these terms.
Messages and carrier pigeon flights
- Write messages that are lawful, respectful, and intended for the selected friend.
- A flight may take time. Estimates, route details, and delivery status are part of the service and may change.
- Check the recipient before releasing a pigeon and keep the message suitable for that recipient.
- We may delay or stop a flight when needed to protect users or maintain reliability.
Roost locations and privacy
- You may use browser location or choose a fixed area to set your roost; the service uses it to create an approximate route.
- Friends see an approximate area, not your exact address or live location.
- Do not enter another person’s private address or use Carrier Pidge to locate, threaten, or harass anyone.
- You can update your roost area in settings; changes may affect future flight estimates.
User conduct
- Treat friends and other members with care. Do not send threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, or unlawful content.
- Do not spam friend requests, repeatedly send unwanted messages, or evade a block or refusal.
- Do not interfere with the service, scrape private data, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate users, employees, carrier pigeons, or third parties.
- Do not upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or unsafe for the recipient.
Intellectual property
- The platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.
Suspension and termination
- You may stop using Carrier Pidge and request account deletion from the available controls.
- We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.
- Privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation-of-liability provisions continue where their nature requires.

Disclaimers
- The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact flight times, or that every message will arrive at a particular moment.
- Routes, availability, estimates, and interface features may change as the service evolves.
- We are not responsible for messages written by users or for third-party services linked from the product.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for claims relating to Carrier Pidge is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
